We offer a 7-day return window for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Contact customer support to initiate a return, and we'll guide you through the process.
Do you deliver outside Kathmandu?+
Yes! We deliver across Nepal. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Urban areas typically receive orders within 2-3 days, while remote areas may take 5-7 days.
How do I become a seller on ZIPA?+

Is Cash on Delivery available?+
Yes! We currently only accept Cash on Delivery (COD). You can inspect your order before making payment. This ensures you receive exactly what you ordered with complete peace of mind.
